How do I pay?

Start by Clicking the “Get Started“. Once there, you’ll login or create a new account if you haven’t already. Once your logged in you will be able to upload your CSVs and skip your Lists from the “My Lists” tab.

Am I paying for the amount of names submitted or only the Hit rate?

You will only pay for records that get matched and returned with SkipTrace results.

What is the Refund Policy?

In the case of technical or system errors, we will offer a refund for any malformed results or we can re-run your list for you.

Is there a Minimum order?
Yes. There is a minimum order of 20 records.
What if you can't find data for the names I submitted?

Don’t worry, if we can’t find data for any submitted records you won’t be charged. Our average match rate for a properly formatted list should be around 80-85%. Business LLCs and Renters can be matched, but typically Homeowners return the best results.

What format should I use to send my list?

Your files are required to be submitted in .csv format. The system will reject your submission unless it is in this file format.

What information do you need to skip trace my names that I submit?

We recommend to utilize our Template (see attached). For optimal results, include First Name & Last Name (Optional), Address, City, State, Zip code in separate columns.
